The information that you provide: our store keeps a record of your purchasing addresses (shipping, billing, and e-mail). We do not keep your credit card on file without a written request from you sent by mail not fax, and also confirmed by a phone call. Our site is certified and secured by a separate out side company.

The credit card transactions are handled by bank of America. We ask for your e-mail address for conformation and return information only. We do not and will not sell, loan, or trade your personal information. We will not contact you in suggestion for buying or selling from another business. The information that you provide to us is still your information and not ours. I want to again THANK YOU for purchasing our quality products and your time.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer a $12.50 flat rate shipping on orders less than 50 pounds and provided they are not considered over size.  On orders that are over 50 pounds and or oversize we will call you to determine the most cost effective shipping for you.

RETURNS

Damaged products from shipping maybe returned in accordance with the claims department of the shipping company. We will work with the shipping company so that you don't have to. All other returns MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND MAYBE SUBJECT TO 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
